My stuck point

Is there an obstacle you're having difficulty pushing through? Is there something you can't seem to let go of? Where have you built up anger, resentment, frustration etc?

What are you holding onto that's making you feel stuck? 

Take 5 minutes to write about your stuck point.  It can be physical (like a plateau), mental ("I'll always crave junk food") or emotional ("I'm disappointed I didn't start my journey 10 years sooner").

March 2020: coming back to this blog to myself is really useful. Maybe I should try a noom reset.

My stuck point now is motivation and focussing on my ultimate why. Pizza is nice. Why shouldn't I eat it? The answer has to be because I love myself more than the short term reward pizza gives me.

Re-readding my 5 qualities, I've realised that I've lost focus on them. I need to relearn why I'm here.

I hadn't realised how lost I was until right now. I've got work to do. Trouble is, what work?blogging here most days might be a good start.
