Stuck? Fortune telling?

What thoughts are you experiencing that weigh you down - that make you feel stuck?    Write all the thoughts you're experiencing on paper (or stone tablet) to understand what's holding you back--and maybe what can help you move forward too.   Not sure where to begin? Write down all the thoughts you have about the forces in your life and consider Which forces come to mind immediately? What have you learned about how different forces impact your journey? What are the biggest forces, and what are the forces playing a supporting role? Which forces work for you, and which forces work against your goals? Hmm. what are my goals in this context? For the first half of 2025? Running goals - half marathon PB, 25 min 5k. Run and interval train 3x a week.  Weight goal - 84.9kg in six months. What forces? ...
