Here's a "fortune teller" thought distortion

Evidence for:
No "big ticket" things to change
No honeymoon period
I'll get bored

Evidence against:
I'm refreshing, not learning
It's actually easy
Watching my calories is actually all I need to do
I'm actually finding many simple things to execute that are helping a lot
I'm only trying to go from 87 to 83. And I'm halfway there already. 
If it's so hard, why am I doing it already. Duh.
