I should go to the gym every session - and grab cafe scrambled eggs sometimes afterwards, especially if I'm unmotivated
I should go to boot camp - and grab a tank juice afterwards
I should get to 84.9 kg - and have a Pinot before dinner the day that I do
I should get to 83.9 kg - and book into a nice restaurant, capitol maybe?, When I do.
I should go for a run - with a new podcast, and let the endorphins kick in afterwards
