reflection on my progress so far


My progress as at today is very up and down.

The recurring theme is a lack of routine. I need to nail a home routine that works, and a work routine that works. 

 Ive relearned the importance of swapping out foods for better foods. Of getting out of the "have seconds" habit. Of the joy of discovering new foods. 

Exercise comes naturally to me now which is great. I still aren't "addicted" to it but I work out or run most days. 

My elephant has become more cunning too. It tells me that wholemeal crackers and hummus are both healthy calorie un-dense foods and then makes me eat 1200 calories worth. 

Alcohol is bad for me. Lots of calories and it let's my elephant roam free. 

All in all I'm reversing the damage I did earlier in the year but slowly. I'm usually 200 or so calories over budget each day.
