After a several Hone Your Hunger challenges, it's time for our final, ultimate challenge. We know you're ready for it, young master!

Next up on the menu, you get to create your ideal meal. Don't worry, no major cooking skills are involved!

Your ideal meal is a going to be a meal that satisfies and fulfills your mind, your body, and your soul.

When choosing your foods, think of foods that do more than just nourish you. Your meal should satiate your stomach, fuel your body, satisfy your mouth and tantalize your senses.

Take time to make the meal visually appealing, focusing in on how it smells, and how the textures blend together. Your meal

should leave you feeling good (not guilty!),

and you should feel like you've treated yourself in a positive way.

Your ideal meal can also fill your soul with good company by sharing it with people you care about, and in a place where you

feel happy, relaxed and comfortable. Take your time with the meal, engage in meaningful conversation to satisfy your mind, and enjoy it together.

We know you might have to plan ahead for this meal, so here are a few things to reflect on when the time comes:

Before your meal, assess your hunger.

Try to take note of your physical hunger (stomach, mouth, senses), your mind hunger (how are you feeling) and your soul hunger.

Take note of how your feelings of hunger change throughout the meal.

How do you feel when the meal is over? Rate your levels of hunger again, and also take note of your mood. How did this meal make you feel?
