What did you expose yourself to and what emotions did you experience?

After dinner last Sunday, I was still dissatisfied (not hungry) after my 2 meal a day experiment. So I went up to the garage and got a cheeky 250mL can of pinot to sort out my 'mouth hunger'.

Exposure was to a glass and a bit of wine. Immediate emotions were, yes this is what I've been craving to finish my meal.

It was good but I didn't feel good afterwards. I actually didn't like the buzz I got from it. It felt more like the 1-2 times I've smoked cigarettes than the times I've had a beer after work!

To finish my meal with something actually nice and treat-like. It lasted long enough for me to give into it, and go to the trouble of retrieving my treat from the garage (to keep it out of sight and a little troublesome to get to!).

I'd been hungry all day, after skipping breakfast as part of a Noom experiment.

It wasn't as good as I was expecting. Next time I could wait half an hour and see what happens; or have something else like Skinny Fizz or Rooibos.
