intuitive movement
I'm onto intuitive movement. Here are my top joyful movements:
O Snowboarding a fantastic line
O Hiking to the top of a mountain
O Mountain biking is great and I don't do enough of it
O Walking with my wife, was so good during lockdown and I need to NOT need a global pandemic to prompt us to do this!
I'm gonna have to cheat though since I'm full on into a half marathon training programme and I don't want to let that go back a week...
