disaster week

Mindless eating. Not achieving at work. Weight on. Running well behind.

It's not been great.

I need to be kind to myself and be aware of last weekend; I'm still resetting really. I was exhausted last night for no good reason and one storm eating session does not a pattern make.

Today is a new day. I made the bus in spite of how hard I made it. Now I will plan my day and execute the plan.
