first of a new month
New goals and an exciting month!
I must rrun 100k or Coastal Five will hurt, a lot.
I must continue nooming. I'm doing great so far, it will get harder this month.
I will continue moderating my drinking. Empty calories, less productive and it's just not that fun anymore. Drink like a zebra.
I will do/be/have my work todo list, and my procrastinated home list.
That'll do!
I feel okay today, let's smash out the core tasks I've been avoiding.
