Yeah not a good day, I need to get through it
A bad sleep and I really don't know why I bothered to show up at work today. Tired, unmotivated, not very happy.
This is something for me to manage. What are the most important things for me to get done, how do I timebox or body double or otherwise commit to getting them done. How do I structure my day to get through it with productive outcomes.
A decent run tonight is something to look forward to.
