im back
It's been an overwhelming few months!
So much to do, so much to organise and now I can take a breath.
Or so I thought.
Straight back into the next tranche of overwhelming things to organise.
Its a lot of time commitment and its bleedingly expensive. Our savings are flowing out of the bank like a firehose.
And I've locked in a Nepal trip so thats ensured that the entire year will be like this.
Ok. Things are fine.
Get through the day. The week. The month.
Plan for what the upcoming operation will mean.
Don't neglect the important non urgent things. Like exercise. Like managing adhd better. Like financial planning!
Build up lists of moderately urgent, moderately important things and chip away at them.
You've got this.
